Hi Welcome to Family Search Community and asking your question about forgetting you email or phone number. We assume this is in regards to recovering your username and/or password. The thing to do is click on the circle with the question mark at the upper right of the sign in page. Select Contact Us at the lower left, select your area, and then select a support option such as a phone to contact or schedule a meeting. You do not have to be logged in to get to contact us.
