I can't find members using their FamilySearch ID's

I tried to search for family members using the ID's from the profiles they created, but when we search the ID's we get the message that the user does not exist.

Can anyone else find us?

I too cannot locate these records. Where did you get the IDs from?

    Good day Graham,

They created there profiles on the FamilySearch App. and these are the ID's assigned to them. So we got these ID's from the FamilySearch App.

Who are "they"? I am guessing that these are individuals who created profiles for themselves. If correct then you will not be able to see them. If a profile is created for a living person then only the person that created the profile can see the record. See the article
