South Africa, Johannesburg—Cemetery Records, 1840–2019 [Part D][M3YC-8F4]

I'm reviewing these Records. One is Canceled, Crossed out, and there is writing at the top this record stating this Record is replaced in: Record #85723 on 12/10/1900

Crossed out Information says:

When information was crossed out and then replaced, type the new information in the appropriate fields.

I did fill out the fields, with the document info. Not sure where to enter the "Replaced... info.

Here's the rule for crossed out and the information was not replaced. The "replaced" that the record is referring to is in the book/register/index, not a FS record.

    • When information was crossed out, was not replaced, and can be read, type the crossed-out information.
