New York Wayne-Index to Mortgagors
Some of the batches list mortgagors in the left columns and mortgagees in the right columns and others list mortgagees in the left columns and mortgagors in the right columns. I have corrected some batches and submitted them.. Not a question but something to watch out for .

It sounds like you review these. I need to know when a person's name is written and then trust or trustee do I type the name or do I mark it blank or put it in the Corportation area

From the Project Instructions:
- When typing the name of the mortgagee or mortgagor, do not include descriptive words or terms, such as "by Atty," "et al," or "and spouse," that may have been written with the name.
If you have "John Smith, trustee", you will index only John Smith.
