Oregon, Yamhill County Land & Property Records

Yesterday I found this great list/link and was zipping through the records looking for either my great-grandfather or those known to be his neighbors. Occasionally I was forced to reload the page because an image failed to load. Then later the entire site went belly-up. Checked just now and still a problem. I can't find anywhere to report this -- ideas?
