All my entry data just dissappeared

I spent over two hours entering data on land records. When I finished, I deleted all the info I had entered to auto copy into certain fields, and when I deleted the last "blank" from a field, all the information I had entered dissappeared. It never allowed me to review or anything.

What format were you using? Was it column entry? Do you have a shared batch code so we can look at it? The shared batch code is the 7 numbers and letters in brackets at the end of the project name.

I am not a technically oriented person to answer your questions. I was indexing land records. It was two columns on a two-page image. Input was only the year & last and first names of grantor and grantee. After inputting about 150 names, I finished by attempting to delete the blank remaining entries in order to check and submit the batch. When I did so, everything I had entered went blank and I could determine no way to retrieve any of it. Finally, I just exited out of indexing.
