Total of reviewed records on the Get involved App added to total of reviewed records?

I just finished indexing a batch from the Get Involved App and it added to my indexing total. I would assume it would also add to it if it was for reviewing.

It's doesn't happen with reviewed records. I called SL yesterday and they didn't have an answer either. I have tried 3 times to review on my phone app since you responded. Hopefully they will get it figured out. I'm a TFHC trying to help others with this to no avail. Yes, I signed out and then signed back in each time.
