@HansEstrada; Unfortunately, the book, as held by FamilySearch, is protected and cannot be viewed on-line, as you have indicated.
FamilySearch does not sell books; however, there are a couple of resources that you might explore. I do see that this book is available to be purchased on Amazon.com. You might also try using WorldCat to find a the book in a nearby library.
