Looks like the surname is Imaykina. No first name that I can find. Died of colic. Age 15.

Thank you so much for your response. It doesn't appear to be a common name so I was struggling with it. It seems that Imaykina is a Russian surname, so that is a possibility. I was wondering if you saw the 'que, or quc' or gue, guc on the next line? I can't find any names on Google search that would fit that though.
