Cannot get system to upload next imagine

I am working on batch [M3LH-JYV]. I completed the first entry but the system did not pull up a new image.

There is only one image in this batch. You should use the Trashcan icon in the toolbar (8th icon) to delete the 39 remaining blank entries and then submit the 1 entry corresponding to the image. Then you can request another batch to index.
