but many users - can still very much benefit from watching such reference videos.

Missionaries are a limited resource - and often are simply focused on the very detailed specific issue at hand

these videos give a much better holistic presentation that can be watched and referenced at any time.

BUT Yes - we appreciate those missionary volunteers who can give good help.

and with millions of users worldwide - volunteer missionaries are very much a limited resource - that are continually being refreshed, trained, and forever changing.

The whole reason things like the Community very much thrive - is there is a very vast need beyond just the basic service the limited missionary phone force provides - though God Bless the missionaries for the GOOD service they do provide!! The community is much much more than simply a phone call service.
