My mom is duplicated and one has the wrong birthdate and says she is deceased, but the other entry is correct. How do I get rid of the wrong entry?

If no one but the original creator of the record has done any editing, then you can message that person and ask them to correct the information and mark her as living. If someone else has done any editing, then you will need to go to the incorrect record, change her to living and fill out the form that askes for documentation that she is living so that Support can change her record.

If needed post here her name and Id of the wrong one and why it is wrong. Also you information and email address. It will be forwarded to the right place and a dead to living missionary will correct the issue.

Since she is living, you really should not post anything about her here. Just follow through the correct procedure as I outlined or request that a moderator contact you via a private message.
