Review Families: Street Name (Field 1) being skipped

When in Nevada, it did not include Field on in the data to be reviewed. I checked Indiana and Oregon and it was there. Don't know if it is just Nevada or more stats are involved.
Did post Feedback for the individual family.
@AndLinda or another Moderator please confirm problem to Tech.

I've had several instances where some family members have their surname fields missing. I report them in the feedback, but it's frustrating.
