Clarification requested on children's names on baptism register in South Africa

Would you please take a look at lines between 13 and 14 to clarify if the two names (Chantel and or Douglas) might be twins or...?

@P Livingston --- I think its possible they are twins-- in any event since there are 2 names I would index Chantel and Douglas separately with the same set of parents
