I am trying to add an entry as a duplicate, but when I go to the drop down arrow there on two option

available. No, Duplicate Image is not there for me to click on. Can you help?

    @Starlene Miner - are you indexing/reviewing? If so, we need your Project/batch name and number in order to help. Click on Share batch to provide this information. If you are looking at 2 or 3 images to answer whether or not to index, click on "No, duplicate image" then the screen will ask you which image is a duplicate and you answer Image 1 or 2 or 3 - I hope this makes sense - my computer terminology isn't always good😎

    If you are indexing, you don't index exact duplicates. For instance, if there are 7 John Smiths, you will only index the first John Smith.

    If you are on the first screen after selecting a batch, (where it says "Image X of X"), and there is a duplicate image, select "No, Duplicate Image". Another drop-down menu will appear and select the duplicate image. Ex: Image 2 is a duplicate of Image 1.
