What do I type for the sir-name if what is written looks like an abbreviation?
I was indexing a tax form from 1883 in Canada and there seemed to be some shorthand words like Wm and Mo in the names section of the document with lines underneath the second letter. I have an attached image. Does anyone know what they mean?

If you still have the batch can you share the batch code? Mxxx-xxx
It's after the Project name at the top or when batch is open in Help (menu)> Share Batch.
The Wm likely means William - William Edwards (likely surname is given first)
The Mo? is likely an abbreviation for given name as well - but I cannot think of it.

The first snip says- surname: Edwards and given name: Wm
We type what we see and we let the researchers make their own determination on what Wm is an abbreviation for.
