Top of document shows municipality as St George's Ward. But City and/or Township state not to list a ward in either field. What do I do?

@Leah McConnell It is always best to share the batch to get the best answer. I think the field helps also say to mark the fields blank if the city or township is not listed using Ctrl + B. If that doesn't help, share the batch code (letters and numbers in brackets after the project title [XXXX-XXX]
