[ And, I have been a Staff Member, of Family History Centres", of the Church, for many Years ... ]

Question: Are you referring to the

(1) "Ward/Branch, Temple and Family History, Leader"; OR,

(2) "Stake/District, Temple and Family History, Consultant -- Family History Centre" (ie. formerly, Director)

IF, you are referring to the "Stake/District, Temple and Family History, Consultant -- Family History Centre" (ie. formerly, Director); THEN ...

Short Answer: 'No'.

The "Stake/District, Temple and Family History, Consultant -- Family History Centre" (ie. formerly, Director), MUST go through, their (Local) "Priesthood" Leader, who they are responsible to, to obtain a "Copy" of that "Report".

That is the PROTOCOL, that the "Church" has set in place ...

ORIGINALLY, I know, for a fact, that the "Stake/District, Temple and Family History, Consultant -- Family History Centre" (ie. formerly, Director), DID have access, to that "Report"; but, unfortunately, for whatever reason, that access was (later) WITHDRAWN, for that 'Calling'.

Basically, the option would be, to ask the "High Counselor", in the Stake; or, a Member of the Stake Presidency, responsible for "Temple and Family History" Work, for a "Copy", of the "Temple and Family History Activity" Report.

Previously ...

The, "Stake, Temple and Family History, Consultant -- Family History Centre" (ie. formerly, Director), DID (ie. used to) have access to the "Temple and Family History Activity" Reports.

Subsequently ...

That access was removed from the 'Calling' of the "Stake, Temple and Family History, Consultant -- Family History Centre" (ie. formerly, Director); because, the assumption was that, that 'Calling' could (always) obtain a "Copy" of those Reports from their, Priesthood line of authority; that being, the "High Counselor" in the Stake, with the responsibility in "Temple and Family History" Work (and, others, higher up, if needs be).

That was great in "Theory"; but, as you may have experienced, NOT always good in "Practice".
