Unable to Merge Records (Read-Only)

I am unable to merge the following records due to records being marked as Read-Only:


KWCC-Y93 and G6MQ-ZJJ (James Esdras Faust)

KWCC-Y97 and G6M3-Y1T (Ruth Wright)


Hopefully someone with the proper authorizations can perform this merge.
