Hello- I found a marriage record of an ancestor, and the “source details” mentions “rn 78”. How can I find the source “rn 78” to better understand the content and its accuracy?

Ah yes - there may be another resource which could possibly provide you image access - the FamilySearch FHL Lookup Service:
Just fill out the Request Lookup form (click that button - the DGS from the Catalog is 4014699 - basically if you refer to the Document Information displayed on Mirevo's post that should help them locate it). It will be up to them if they can provide you the image. You might also reference this Community thread: https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/comment/426451#Comment_426451
Generally, no - there is no other 'tiered support' for restricted image access from your home network. I assume you saw a key over the film icon in the Catalog? Here is a document about the image restrictions:
If the message indicated (but this one doesn't) - you could:
- Access the site at a family history center.
- Access the site at a FamilySearch affiliate library.
Hopefully the Lookup Service provides you access.

For that link I can view the image. It shows a marriage register of the Isabela Municipality.
rn 78 refers to the record number or the line reference on that page for:
Cirilo Saldajeno & Margarita Garibay
So this register is apparently an index to the record or marriage license/certificate - but should contain the same basic information (parents, place, etc.).
Perhaps someone knowing more about Philippines marriage records could direct you to marriage license/certificate? I am not finding a Philippines group here in Community: https://community.familysearch.org/en/categories/gp-groups-en

If you go to Search>Catalog> enter the DGS number you would get the book of records.
Basically you need the information on the left side of the Record detail page and used to search in the Catalog, once you are inside the book search the image number (227):

Thank you very much. I was able to navigate to the book, but cannot see the images. Is there a way to actually see the image?

Clicking that Digital Folder Number link under Document Information - from the record above - should open a Search for the collection. I don't know if you will find any other images for the couple - but you can certainly 'give it a go'.

Sorry. Confused. At which link do you receive that notice? If you are clicking on the camera icon for item 3 (marriages):

Then that should take you back to the collection you originally reference. If not and you are getting that restricted message - that is 'unusual' because you saw the record/image previously?
If you are using the red text link 'click here' - then it should open the entire collection (I believe):
Are you using a churchofjesuschrist account to login/search? If not - perhaps there are some additional image restrictions for public accounts.

Mirevo’s response earlier included a screenshot with an image of the actual book. My result did not have an image. It would be of much interest for me and my family to see the actual image because it appears that my ancestor’s name — M. Garibay’s husband—was mistranscribed from the original handwritten record— it should have been “Cecilio Saldajeno”.

Yes - it could be a mistranscribing - but allowed you to locate the 'record'. Yes, so since the image is not visible (you are using a FamilySearch public account) - you may need to contact Philippines Civil Registration [Also at FindMyPast ($), Ancestry ($); MyHeritage ($) OR https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Philippines_Archives_and_Libraries but the archives link in the wiki appears to be outdated]:

Although it may result in the same restricted message - you can also try Search> Images. I am unsure of exactly which item because the image reference I see says: Image 15 of 91
It indicates perhaps in item 5 1922-1931:

Thank you. That database brings up the exact same record.
Didn’t Mirevo’s screenshot above include the actual image of the record entry? If so, Is there a different tier of familysearch account, or any other portal, through which I can get the relevant images from the archived microfilm?

@VIRGILIOSALDAJENO, yes, in some sense there are two "tiers" of FamilySearch account: public and LDS. Unfortunately, if one is not a member of the LDS church, then there is no way to get the extra access and priviledges of that account type.
Like you, I get a "maybe partner sites" message when I click on the camera-with-key icon in the catalog for DGS 4014699. This is why @Mirevo should have double-checked the search result using a public account rather than an LDS one: the latter led him or her to offer inaccurate advice.

Following the advice provided by genthusiast, I was able to request for an image of the actual entry of the record I was seeking, and got a response and the picture within the same day!
