They were supposed to give me an English one to index but unfortunately it's a different language.
How can I change to an English batch as opposed to the one they gave me. I can't even correctly put the date or place of birth. I can't tell what it is.

Click on the word Batch at the top left. From the dropdown menu, click on Return Batch.
