Typo

Hello!

I don't know how to help the site by correcting a typo, so I'm writing here. It's in reference to my grandmother Elizabeth Fayette (Thresher) Snyder Estes Lees:

Elizabeth L Shershen Deceased • GQN6-6GG

Her maiden name was Thresher, but when it was transcribed from my parents wedding license it was written "Shershen". It's a very fancy T and a messy set of last letters. Can someone please fix?

Thanks so much,

Andrew Causey

Andrew, you can fix this yourself. Go to the profile detail page (https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/GQN6-6GG), click "edit" next to the name, and correct the surname.

You may want to first attach the marriage record; it is currently listed under Research Help at the top of the right-hand column. You can add a note about the misreading in the source citation's Notes field or the "reason to attach" box.
