I am reviewing the following batch UK, England, Diocese of Blackburn—Church of England Parish Registers, 1813–2021 [Part C][M3JL-6NG]

The death age of a child is recorded as "infant". Should I indicate in the Years category that child's age is 0?

Thank you for your help.

    Hello,

The age of a child listed as "infant" should e entered as "Blank" as the term can be used for a child of any age up to maturity. Only a child listed as "stillborn", when no specific age is given, can be entered as "0".

    I hope this helps.

    Hilary.
