Hi Darci,
Thank you for reaching out to us for help in finding your Maternal Grandfather William Robb Walker.
You didn't give any dates but here is some information which may be of help for you.
I have done an initial search on ScotlandsPeople and found a George Walker married to a Mary Robb in 1881, is this couple your ancestors.
ScotlandsPeople is a paying site but you can sign up and see the indexes where you may be able to, if you have dates determine who is your ancestor.
There Links on the https://community.familysearch.org/en/group/170-scotland-genealogy-research page that will give guidance.
If you do a search on Family Search there is a William Walker that in the 1901 Census which may be your ancestor.
I hope that this information you will find helpful, if you need any other assistance we are here to help.

Did you see the message I sent you about 17 hours ago? I found George Walker in every census from 1861 to 1901, and Mary Robb in every census from 1871 to 1901.

The cost for a birth, marriage or death record is 6 credits. However the minimum purchase you can make is 30 credits, for £ 7.50. This is approximately US$9.91 as of today.
