My totals from November Still not Updated
This is the longest it has been that my totals for November have not been updated. I thought by now they would have been updated. December's totals are OK so far. I checked the cookies. No problem there. Is there anything else I can do? Thank you.

There was a period of time recently when totals were not being updated. The totals were recorded so are not lost. Did you check under the Progress button to see what your totals there are? Those are tend to be most accurate.

Hmm i noticed something strange with mine as well. I work to index 100 names a day, and because all batches arent even numbers, i index more than 100 most times, 104-120ish. I indexed everyday of november, and my totals for that month only came to 2,767. I know i did 100 a day at least. where are the missing 200 or so? I decided to just let it go. Whoever they are, they know i did that indexing for them.

The Progress section is the first place I check whenever I want to know my totals. Thank you for the input.
