Administrative help with account in UK

I'm currently assisting another member with FamilySearch. He currently has a Church account and FamilySearch account, neither of which are linked to a church record number. When he attempts to link the number on either of these accounts, it says the number is linked to another account. I called FamilySearch and they said that they are unable to help and that someone in a UK family search centre (presumably with administrative privileges) needs to assist, however they do not have any contact information for them. I guess my question is, who can I contact in the UK for help?
