Directions say to not use parents' surname for child in U.K. England Baptism records. BLANK?
My email is grandmajoan12_02@yahoo.com I can't remember the name of the last batch I used, but in that one we put the surname listed on baptism records for both parents and child. The one I am reviewing sites same surname for the 3, and I hesitate to change child's surname BLANK. Thanks

Yes, I think it just depends on that rule - doesn't necessarily make sense but if the rule is there I just enter <BLANK>. I guess the researcher will have to make that assumption (same surname as parent).

It is always best to share your batch to get the most accurate answer. Every project is different - even Part A of the Middlesex Parish records are different from Part B.
