I need to do a search in English and was given a Swedish file (I believe); how do I cancel that and get an English inquiry?

  At the top of your page go to batch, click on that and you will seethe option Return Batch. Click on that and the batch will be gone.

  
  

  ON your home page make sure your options are set on English and try again.
