First we need the Shared batch code for your batch. That is found at t he end of the Project name. It is in brackets and starts with the letter 'M' and has 7 numbers and letters.

The system automatics saves you indexing work. To get to the next record to index it: go to the bottom of the paged where you indexed the information and click on "Next Image". This will take to the next record, so you can index the page.
