The last entry on image 4 is not complete nor am I given the option of getting the rest of it on the next indexing batch. Should I index the visiible part or say it is not extractable?

Do the reference images not work for you for this batch?
(The person seeing a shared batch can't access those)
If you can't look ahead to the next image, yes, do index what you can see in your batch.

The reference images weren't working but a Latin specialist at the FHL found it for me and I was able to finish indexing the rec
