I have opened this batch, and it is too blurred to read. Should I select "No" for the first question since it says all entries will be deleted. I don't know if anything has already been entered for this batch, but I cannot read it at all.

Hi Susan,
I worked with the "tools" and made it a little better but if you can't read it at all, click on Feedback leaving your reasons for not doing the batch and return the batch so, hopefully, it can be made more readable for the next indexer.
