How to close a city and business directory?
I'm doing a city and business directory and have done all the names on the page. The number of original entries shows 300, but there were only 158 on the page. When I do the final check, it says I'm missing all the fields from #159 through #300. How to I change the 300 to 158 or just close out the batch since it's done?

Use the trashcan icon in the middle of the horizontal toolbar and choose the option “all blank entries.” Click “Delete” and those extra entries will be removed.
