Should I leave "Grade Crossing Elimination" as the Grantee Corporation/Organization on entry 25?

The Grantor is Julia Herbst. This appears to be the type of document (notice) rather than the name of a Corp./Org. I believe it should be marked <blank>.

  @Lisa Kay Horlacher I would agree with you after looking at line 25 - because it's a notice and it doesn't seem to be a Corp. I would mark Corp/Org <BLANK>.
