Repeating date and/or city entries on all images

I am working on a Muster Roll where I need to enter the same date or a city for all records listed on the page. Is it possible to have this information repeated through all the entries I will type?

  Yes. This is most easily observed when you are using column or table entry. This is the icon you use:
