Standardized locations

Over the past 2 to 3 weeks, something seems to have broken regarding the standardized locations. It appears to be everywhere. I add a source (e.g baptism or marriage) to a person, selecting a standardized location name. After the record is attached, I go to the person, and the location is now not standardized, and I have specifically edit it to make it standardize, even though it had selected it before. This happens a lot, and its wasting time.
