William Plusher #KWNR-FSM
I have sone good pictures of William Pulsipher (KWNR-FSM) and his Wife Esther Chidester (LR84-KSP). I also have a picture of Mary Esther Pulsipher (kwjb-3h3) and her older brother William Zera Pulsipher (kwjb-3hs) as small children. The file for him is locked so I can not add the pictures. How do I do this?
