US, Virginia—Marriage Records, 1853–1935 marriages

I am working on the US, Virginia—Marriage Records, 1853–1935 records. It askes for the city of marriage. the column heading says town or county and Bland Co. is written. Since this is not a city and Bland is already indexed under the county, should I just put blank or should I re-index Bland co?
