Where can I find the "What to Remember about This project?"

I need to leave a note from the project I'm doing and I can't find the "What to Remember about This Project". Thank you.

  What To Remember about This Project is in the Project Instructions. You can click on the last icon in the toolbar and bring those up at any time.
