Is anyone else having a problem getting orders from Genealogy Wall Charts
I am extremely disappointed because for over 2 months I have been trying to get a 2 chart order from these folks. I even called twice and spoke to Doug who assured me the charts were on their way. Considering they download data directly from FamilySearch (with approval) I thought maybe someone here can help. I really want the charts but, at this point I could not be more disappointed. My order number is #49382. Today, I have attempted contact a 3rd time. This makes my initial order... no response. Called and assured by Doug the order was on its way.... nothing. I repeated this attempt again speaking with Doug.....again, nothing. With today's email of enquiry that makes 3 emails..... Nothing! Can anyone help or is this simply not a real company? Wayne Bell

While we are not able to offer support for third party vendors, the following link gives you information about the Solutions Gallery where you can find other vendors that provide the same materials that you are looking for. Go to Solutions Gallery and in the search bar enter charts and you will see a list of choices.
