When doing city directories, Where do we put the advertisers' names?

It's really up to you, but, as a reviewer I always found it more convenient if they were all at the beginning.
Sometimes indexer will index top margin ad, then index the names, then the bottom and the side margin ad on the left side of the page and then do the same for the right side of the page.
