I found a file and under the document information, it lists "Lifewood" as an affiliate. Can you tell me what this means? Is this an alternate holding that may have the file I want to view?

Perhaps you could give details of the file, preferably a webpage link (URL) so that it is possible to read the context.

The relevant microfilm is 1739197 with catalogue entry

I cannot see any mention of the word Lifewood in the catalogue entries. A Google Search appears to indicate Lifewood is some sort of IT company. Whatever it is, I don't believe it is an alternative source of the record.

Perhaps however you could try the Family History Library record look up service to see if it can help with a copy of the record.
