Indexing US—City and Business Directories, 1749–1990 [Part C]

These are MOSTLY businesses with with names like Joseph Smith and Co, so those I have no problem with. But what if the name is Smith and Jenkins? Do I index that? Do I index How do I index both names? Thanks for your help

Make one entry for blank given name and surname Smith. Make another entry for blank given name and surname Jenkins.
