many times i have 25 places to put information and only 1 name and then to submit i have to put blanks in the other 24 is there any way around this it waist a lot of time

You need to delete the unused entries in order to submit the batch. Click on the trash can icon, select "all blank entries", click delete. You will now have 1 entry and be able to submit your batch.
