I'm working on New York births.. Cant seem to find how to Delete extra entry lines...Can Anyone help

There are no tabs at the top of the page like usual.
What am I missing?

Perhaps your toolbar has disappeared? Click on the Data Entry Tab, then click on Show Toolbar. The icons will reappear with the trash can used for deleting the extra entry lines.
