"High volume of users" for the past six hours

Hello! I've been getting a "high volume of users" error message when trying to access records via the catalog since mid-morning. Just wondering if there's any estimate of when this might be resolved. Thanks!

    @Donna Gough Problem was reported to engineering. Looks like things have been fixed.
