I just tried to replicate this, but all my results did refer to Moray(shire), Scotland. Perhaps you could provide a screenshot, URL or detail exactly what search criteria you used to get results that referred to a place in South Africa.
If you are talking about seeing an unrelated image, which was attached to a record your search brought up, again you would need to provide specific details so this can be investigated.
