gleich wie andre daß sy sich ohne beschwerdt
der Gmeind erhaltindt wo mit so söllen sy
das Bürgerrecht Verlohren haben. mit Namen

Elsbeth Seyler.
Translation:
On 26 Jan 1703 were blessed, with the caveat, just like everyone else, that they receive it [the marriage blessing] without [i.e., based on lack of] complaint from the community, wherewith they would have lost their citizenship rights. The names [of the now married couple]: David Güdel and Elsbeth Seyler.
That is, they were blessed [with the rite of marriage] because the community did not speak against the marriage when the banns were proclaimed. Had the community had anything against the marriage (such as if one of them was known to already be married), then they would have apparently lost their citizenship as punishment.
