US, Wisconsin—Birth Records, 1907–1911 [Part A] [M396-NM8] - Birth Date Help?
Hello Again! On image 1, what is the birth day? I'm trying to decide if it is a 12 or a 13 or a 17. It doesn't really look like any of them to be honest, but I'm pretty sure it's below 18 because image 2 is 17. Please Help!
Also on the registrar date, is that a 4 or 7?

It looks like a 7 to me. I am comparing it to the date at the bottom under physician or midwife by the time of birth.
