State File Number with a letter... how can I do this?

I am reviewing US, Wisconsin—Death Records, 1907–1932 [Part A][M3SN-SRK] and have noticed a problem...

The state file number goes from 417, 418, 418 A, 419.

418 A is the problem. The records are all filed as different people. How should this be fixed if at all?

I realize that in the help that it says not to include the letter... but this is a legit record. I feel this should be specially flagged or something.

Thank you, Nicole

Unfortunately, this project only allows numerals for this. But in my opinion, the most important information from these records are the names, dates, and places as opposed to the record number or registrar's date, for example.
