on most any windows based computer - you should be able to increase the size of the screen view by holding down the CTRL key with your left hand and with the right hand tapping the plus ( "+" ) sign (or "-" (dash) to do the oppsosite)

chances are what caused this in the first place is that you have a touchpad on your laptop or a touch screen on a tablet or pad - that interpreted an accidental multifinger touch as a zoom out. You may be able to disable the touchpad to avoid this annoyance.
